• CRISTINA MANAS FERNANDEZ, Nissan’s head of performance & simulation, has joined Williams Formula 1 to work with Carlos Sainz, leaving the Formula E team scrambling to rebuild after a string of key departures that included technical director Theophile Gouzin heading to Jaguar.
• ABBI PULLING became the first driver to test Nissan’s new Dynisma DMG-1 simulator system as the team worked aggressively through September to fill vacant positions and adapt to the Gen4 car transition – a crucial period that team director Dorian Boisdron called essential for avoiding another late-season collapse.
• Despite Oliver Rowland’s championship success, Nissan’s season fell apart spectacularly in the final rounds, averaging just 2.8 points per race compared to 27 points during their dominant middle stretch, forcing the team to completely restructure rather than replace departing personnel directly with new hires.
