Video Description from YouTube:

Milka Duno raced in the IndyCar Series from 2007 to 2010 (under the IRL banner in 2007). She came with significant backing from Venezuelan oil company Citgo, which was appropriate given that when you saw that sponsor logo on a car, you could be assured you would See-It-Go to the back of the running order

Milka started out in 2007 with some attention and belief that she could pan out. Coming from Sports Cars, Milka ran a limited schedule in her first season. She had a couple of rough moments, but overall, there was nothing that stood out to me to say that she was going to be one of the worst IndyCar drivers in history. I think the first sign that things were going in a bad direction is when Ashley Judd collected her soul at Chicagoland (see 23:17)

After her rookie season where some slack can be given, Milka became a perennial annoyance to her competitors. She was slow, prone to cause cautions, and seemingly unaware when faster cars were trying to overtake her

Her 2010 Season with Dale Coyne Racing might go down as the worst full-time season by an IndyCar driver since 1979. She was parked in several races, and when she came to a street course and wasn’t parked, she often retired due to “handling”. Her final act as a driver was spinning and nearly collecting championship hopeful Dario Franchitti at Homestead

When she was done with IndyCar, she left the sport (at that time) as the driver with the most starts in IndyCar history without recording a Top 10 finish. By all accounts, she seems like a wonderfully nice person, but her time in IndyCar has not been looked upon favorably by anyone who has a basic understanding of how racing works
