Round 4 of the 2026 Pro Motocross Championship brought the series to the legendary High Point Raceway in Pennsylvania, where fans were treated to perfect conditions, intense battles, and breakout performances.
In the 450SMX Class, Hunter Lawrence delivered a dominant performance with a perfect 1-1 sweep to earn his second overall victory of the season and close the championship gap to just two points. Jett Lawrence continued his incredible consistency with another runner-up finish, while rookie Haiden Deegan captured his second career 450SMX podium.
The 250SMX Class belonged to Cole Davies. The Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing rookie swept both motos to earn the first overall victory of his professional outdoor career and become the first New Zealander to win a Pro Motocross overall since Ben Townley in 2007. Julien Beaumer secured a career-best second overall, while Jo Shimoda continued his championship charge with a third-place finish.
The WMX Championship reached its halfway point with plenty of drama. Rookie Mayla Herrick made history by winning Friday’s opening moto in her first professional gate drop, while Charli Cannon capitalized on a late-race mistake from defending champion Lachlan Turner to claim her first U.S. WMX moto victory and secure the overall win. Turner finished second overall, with reigning FIM Women’s Motocross World Champion Lotte van Drunen earning her first WMX podium.
