Two Final victories and one championship title brought Sukhmani Khera’s inaugural COTFA UK Series campaign to a perfect conclusion at Whilton Mill.

Khera controlled Saturday’s OK-N Junior action from the beginning, taking pole position and winning both qualifying heats. The Final initially appeared to belong to Max Boshoff, but a post-race front-fairing penalty promoted Khera to victory. Boshoff finished second, followed by Louis Radcliffe, Ava Lawrence and Harry Radcliffe.

Sunday began with Khera back on pole, but the qualifying heats delivered plenty of drama. Khera won the opening heat after post-race decisions changed the classification, while Louis Radcliffe defeated her by just 0.534 seconds in Qualifying Heat 2. Lucien Smith set the fastest lap on his way to third, as late contact between Boshoff and Colbe Pattison added another twist to the final starting order.

Khera led the season’s last Junior Final from the front, managing an early restart before resisting a late charge from Louis Radcliffe. She crossed the line 0.593 seconds clear to claim her first Final victory on the road and secure the inaugural COTFA UK Series OK-N Junior championship.

Louis completed the weekend with another runner-up finish, while Harry Radcliffe claimed his first podium of the season. Smith and Lawrence completed the top five.
