Budds Creek brought the rain, the mud, and major championship implications as the 2026 Pro Motocross season reached its penultimate round.

In the 450SMX Class, Hunter Lawrence delivered a dominant 1-1 sweep to earn his sixth overall victory of the season and reclaim the championship points lead. Jorge Prado secured his second consecutive runner-up finish, while Haiden Deegan continued his impressive rookie campaign with a fifth straight podium. Hunter now carries a one-point advantage over Jett Lawrence into a winner-take-all season finale.

The 250SMX Class saw Chance Hymas break through for his first overall victory of the season, while Cole Davies finished second and reclaimed the red plate. Rookie Landen Gordon completed the podium with the first top-three overall finish of his professional career. Davies now holds a 14-point championship lead with two motos remaining.

WMX featured another dominant performance from Team Dunlop Elite alum Lachlan Turner, who swept both motos for her fourth overall victory of the season. Charli Cannon finished second, with Mikayla Nielsen rounding out the podium.
