GOSIA RDEST Claims Alpine Elf Cup Vice-Champion After Paul Ricard Podiums

October 14, 2026

• GOSIA RDEST secured Alpine Elf Cup vice-champion honors at Paul Ricard with second-place Saturday and third-place Sunday finishes, capping a remarkable comeback season just months after giving birth to her second child.
• The Polish driver made history earlier in 2026 as the first Polish driver and first mother to win an Alpine Elf Cup race, claiming victories at Dijon-Prenois and Magny-Cours.
• RDEST delivered an impressive Saturday recovery drive from fifth to second in class alongside substitute teammate Achille Leroy, charging nearly two seconds per lap faster than rivals during her decisive stint.
• Sunday’s finale saw RDEST pressure leader Wallgren throughout the opening stint, running within tenths before handing off to Leroy who secured third despite late pressure following a full-course yellow restart.
