Shortest race ever. A few of the competitors are a little excited at the start and Corinna gets caught up in their shunt. Too much damage to the car to restart.
Formula Renault 2.0 NEC (Northern European Cup) from Silverstone 1st of June 2013, Fortec Competition Epsilon/Barazi with Austrian Corinna Kamper driving.
This is race 6 of the 17 race championship.
The grid at these was always huge, throughout the year 54 different drivers competed, this season including Oliver Rowland, Esteban Ocon, Alex Albon, Andrea Pizzitola among them.
As with so many of the more modern junior single seater series, all the cars are the identical Epsilon/Barazi chassis, and all running on identical Michelin tyres.
