It’s just insane how much work has to be done in preparation for this race… There’s putting the team together, training all the team members in their jobs, building the bikes – engines, suspension, dyno tuning, literally everything on the bikes we do here at our shop, building other racers’ bikes, running the business, loading up the race rig, driving it all the way from Wisconsin down to Daytona. It’s such a whirlwind we kind of forget we’re in the race until we get down there.

The Wisconsin-based shop has become her year-round focus when she’s not preparing for race weekends.
EARLY SUCCESS
Jessica’s rise through the racing ranks isn’t well documented, but her breakthrough came with her participation in the Daytona 200, one of American motorcycle racing’s most demanding events. She made history by being the sole female competitor in the races she entered, consistently finishing in the top 20 despite having fewer racing years under her belt than many of her competitors.

REPUTATION
Jessica has earned respect in the paddock for her consistent performance and technical expertise. Her ability to increase pace over her racing career while maintaining top 20 finishes at Daytona has made her a notable figure in American roadracing. As she puts it, the preparation for racing is intense: “It’s just insane how much work has to be done in preparation for this race… building the bikes – engines, suspension, dyno tuning, literally everything on the bikes we do here at our shop.”[1] Her dual role as racer and bike builder gives her a unique perspective that few competitors possess.
FUTURE GOALS/PLANS
Jessica continues to race for the Get Fast Performance team alongside her husband, though specific 2025 racing plans haven’t been announced. The ongoing success of their motorcycle performance shop suggests she’ll continue balancing her roles as both competitor and bike builder.
