• DORIANE PIN delivered one of her strongest FRECA weekends at her home Circuit Paul Ricard, showing genuine top-10 pace in practice and qualifying that had been missing earlier this season. She climbed from P21 to P17 in Race 1 through aggressive racing and consistent lap times, matching her season-best finish while demonstrating the speed to challenge for points-paying positions.
• The French driver’s momentum carried into Sunday’s qualifying where she improved her time by three tenths to secure P15 on the grid—one of her best qualifying performances of the year. This marked clear progress from her earlier struggles in FRECA, building on the positive step she’d made at the previous Hungaroring round where she first achieved her current season-best P17 result.
• Her promising weekend ended prematurely when Giovanni Maschio hit her under braking at the Mistral Chicane on lap 3 of Race 2, sending PIN’s car airborne with major rear suspension damage.
