GRRL! SUMMARY:
- ALEXANDRA MOHNHAUPT delivered another stellar drive in her rookie campaign, running as high as fifth and looking set for a breakthrough top-five finish before late contact from Novelo sent her into the wall. The rookie championship leader showed impressive racecraft throughout, making bold outside-line restarts and executing clean passes to work her way forward from seventh on the grid.
- VALERIA ARANDA’s championship hopes took a major hit when early contact in Turn 1 damaged her truck and cost her two laps. Despite showing strong recovery pace and climbing back into the top ten, mechanical issues forced her retirement on lap 80, ending what had been a promising weekend after her recent runner-up finish.
- Fourteen-year-old SOL DÍAZ navigated the chaos well in the early stages, moving up from 14th to break into the top ten during pit strategy, but ultimately couldn’t maintain position and was classified 15th after failing to finish. The three women drivers continue to prove their worth in Mexico’s premier truck series, with MOHNHAUPT’s eighth-place finish keeping her rookie championship lead intact heading toward the playoffs.
