October 13, 2026

• ATIQA MIR, 11, signed mid-season with Kart Republic after impressing owner Dino Chiesa, who previously developed Hamilton, Norris, Russell, Piastri, and reigning champion Antonelli’s careers through his elite program.
• The Indian prodigy will compete in OKJ category (ages 12-14) for two years, racing against world-class drivers on the same platform that shaped seven-time champion Hamilton and 2016 titleholder Rosberg.
• Chiesa’s KR team represents crucial stepping stone to F1, with current championship leader Kimi Antonelli and rising star Arvid Lindblad among recent graduates from the Italian veteran’s development system.
