• ELLA LLOYD breaks ground as the first driver confirmed for Formula E’s Berlin rookie test with NEOM McLaren, capitalizing on her stellar development trajectory that earned her a spot in McLaren’s driver program last October after a standout British F4 campaign with four podium finishes.
• The 19-year-old Welsh driver has been crushing it in F1 Academy this season, sitting sixth in standings with points in four of five races and a commanding win in the opening Jeddah round – proving she belongs at this level while team principal Ian James raves about her professionalism and hunger to learn.
• This isn’t LLOYD’s first Formula E rodeo – she already turned heads at the Madrid women’s test where she posted seventh-fastest among 18 drivers, giving her valuable GEN3 Evo experience that she’s eager to build on when all teams field rookie drivers exclusively on July 14th in Berlin.
