ISABELLA ROBUSTO Leads Record Field as 8 Women Take On Daytona ARCA Practice

• ISABELLA ROBUSTO delivered the statement performance we’ve been waiting for, clocking in fifth overall among 82 drivers during Daytona’s pre-race practice. While riding in the Nitro Motorsports draft train, she kept pace with teammates including race winner Gus Dean and 2024 Talladega victor Jake Finch. This wasn’t some token participation—ROBUSTO earned her spot in that elite group through pure speed.
• Eight women took to the track over two days, marking another step forward in ARCA’s growing inclusivity. AMBER BALCAEN fought through adversity after a tire puncture sent her spinning, but the team rallied with a backup car to keep her weekend alive. TAYLOR REIMER finished 16th overall while JADE AVEDISIAN made her Daytona debut, gaining valuable superspeedway experience that’ll pay dividends come February.
• The depth of female talent was evident throughout the field, from veteran ALLI OWENS returning to Daytona after 16 years to local driver LOGAN MISURACA representing Sanford, Florida. While some focused on single-car runs rather than drafting, each driver logged crucial track time on NASCAR’s most demanding superspeedway.
