• The programme has shifted focus from team preparation to pure driver development, dropping the collaborative ORECA 07 effort that helped prepare the crew for WEC competition. Instead, Genesis is investing in individual talent pipelines, adding Korean drivers Michael Shin and Kyuho Lee to support their mission of raising motorsport’s profile in South Korea while giving these drivers international racing platform exposure.
