- Australia’s JOANNE CICONTE finally got her F1 Academy breakthrough with a solid ninth-place finish in the Jeddah feature race, earning her first championship points and jumping to 12th in standings. The MP Motorsport driver showed resilience after surviving a dramatic airborne moment on Saturday and dealing with disappointing results in China despite strong qualifying pace.
- ELLA LLOYD delivered a masterclass in racecraft by winning the reverse-grid opener from the front row, holding off a charging field that included MAYA WEUG and Alisha Palmowski in a nail-biting finish decided by just 0.176 seconds. The McLaren-backed driver got the perfect start while teammate Emma Felbermayr fell back to ninth after starting alongside her.
- The feature race turned into a tactical thriller when CHLOE CHAMBERS and MAYA WEUG went wheel-to-wheel on Lap 3, with Chambers forcing Weug off track and earning a five-second penalty that ultimately handed victory to the determined Weug. Despite setting pole position and controlling the race on track, Chambers had to settle for second place as the penalty proved decisive in the championship battle.
