GRRL! SUMMARY:
- JODIE SLOSS made a strong return to Porsche Sprint Challenge Great Britain at Silverstone, securing seventh in the RS Am class while demonstrating she belongs in the hunt for podium finishes. The Scottish driver showed impressive adaptability, qualifying fourth and running as high as second in the opening race on wet tyres before track conditions changed. Her qualifying performance was particularly noteworthy, improving by nearly half a second from practice to claim a front-row starting position in class.
- Throughout the weekend, SLOSS displayed excellent racecraft and tire management skills, proving she could compete with different strategies and changing conditions. In the challenging wet first race, she executed two brilliant starts and moved forward through the field, establishing herself as the second-fastest driver among those who chose wet weather tires. Her pace was consistently strong, and she showed the confidence to make bold overtaking moves even in tricky conditions.
- The weekend highlighted SLOSS’s growth since her impressive debut last season when she secured pole position and a podium at Brands Hatch. Now competing in the more competitive RS Am class rather than CS Am, she’s clearly ready for the step up. With a successful 2025 campaign in French GT4 racing already under her belt—including one victory and five additional podiums—this Silverstone performance proves she can translate that success across different single-make series and technical challenges.
