GRRL! SUMMARY:
- JUJU NODA delivered her strongest qualifying performance of the 2025 Super Formula season, securing 17th on the grid for Sunday’s race at Fuji – a meaningful step forward for the young driver and her family-owned Triple Tree Racing team as they continue building momentum in Japan’s premier single-seater series.
- The weekend showed NODA matching the pace of her rivals consistently, setting ninth-best times in both qualifying groups and demonstrating the kind of incremental progress that builds championship campaigns, even when starting from the back of a highly competitive 20-car field.
- Unfortunately, contact with Mitsunori Takaboshi early in Sunday’s race sent NODA to the garage and ended what could have been a breakthrough performance, though she returned to track to complete the race and gather valuable data ahead of the next round at Sugo in August.
UPCOMING:
- Super Formula Round 5 at Sugo – August 9-10
