• KATHERINE LEGGE found herself caught in the massive Lap 5 pileup that collected over 10 cars, ending her hopes for a strong ARCA performance at Daytona. As one of the few women in the 40-car field, she was looking to make a statement but couldn’t avoid the chaos that started when Cody Dennison lost control in Turn 4.
• AMBER BALCAEN inadvertently triggered one of the race’s most violent crashes on Lap 12 when she lost control coming out of the apron and spun across the track. Her incident collected multiple drivers including Craig Bracken, who suffered a brutal four-impact crash that sent him to the hospital, highlighting the razor-thin margin for error at superspeedway racing.
• BECCA MONOPOLI became part of the terrifying sequence when she collided with Craig Bracken’s bouncing car during the Lap 12 wreck, demonstrating how quickly one incident can cascade into multi-car mayhem.
