• KAYLEE BRYSON is making her NASCAR ARCA West debut Friday at Sonoma Raceway in the No. 17 Chevrolet for Cook Racing Technologies, adding another milestone to her impressive resume of firsts. The 24-year-old Oklahoma native continues breaking barriers – she’s already the first woman to win a USAC National Series race at Belleville High Banks and the first to qualify for the Chili Bowl Nationals A-Main.
• We’re not just talking about a dirt track specialist here – BRYSON proved her versatility by winning a TransAm SGT championship with Sam Pierce Racing and taking her first XGT class victory at Mid-Ohio this year. Her road course skills make Sonoma’s twists and turns an interesting test against NASCAR icons like William Sawalich and Corey Day.
• The racing community took notice when even Bubba Wallace congratulated BRYSON for her historic Chili Bowl performance in 2022, where she outpaced previous women’s records and competed wheel-to-wheel with Cup Series champions Kyle Larson and Christopher Bell. That P18 finish might not sound impressive until you realize she was racing against some of NASCAR’s biggest names.
