LUNA FLUXA Joins Mercedes Junior Squad for Muddy Karting Session Before 2025 F1

• LUNA FLUXA joined future F1 star Andrea Kimi Antonelli and three other Mercedes juniors for a pre-season karting session at Whilton Mill, proving she’s running with the fast crowd as the racing pyramid gears up for 2025. The wet and muddy track day with Argenti Motorsport ended with a proper race – exactly the kind of competitive environment we love to see our women getting.
• While the motorsport world focuses on five male rookies making their F1 debuts this season, FLUXA continues building her credentials within Mercedes’ development system. The karting session alongside Antonelli, Kenzo Craigie, James Anagnostiadis, and new recruit Ethan Jeff-Hall shows she’s maintaining pace with the program’s top prospects during the critical off-season preparation period.
• The timing couldn’t be better as F1 releases their ‘Rookies’ documentary celebrating the rise of five new drivers to the grid – all men. Meanwhile, FLUXA and other women in junior programs continue the grind, knowing they need to be twice as good to get half the recognition. At least Mercedes is putting their money where their mouth is by including her in serious training sessions.
