Even after taking contact during her stint that spun her around, the Bryan Herta Autosport driver and her crew showed the kind of determination that gets you on podiums – they just missed this one by a whisker in the competitive TCR class.
• RILEY PEGRAM delivered the kind of performance that had us all taking notes, confidently running with the lead pack in her first outing in Pegram Racing’s new Honda Civic FL5 TCR before a late-race puncture crushed what looked like a guaranteed podium run. Her teammate Mario Farnbacher spent over an hour leading the race before a pit stop misjudgment and subsequent tire failure ended their day, but not before proving this duo has the pace to run at the front when everything clicks.
