Starting from class pole in the wet opener, she climbed from 16th overall to claim her maiden victory after surviving multiple safety car restarts and chaotic conditions that would have rattled veterans twice her age.
• The women delivered when it mattered most, with KOZYRA leading a female 1-2 finish in Race 1 ahead of STEPHANIE HERFIELD, while LISA CLARK recovered brilliantly to sixth in Shell class. In Race 2’s dry conditions, KOZYRA dominated again with a 20-second margin of victory, though CLARK provided late drama by overtaking her for 14th overall on the final lap while KOZYRA still cruised to the class win.
