RAHEL FREY Puts Iron Dames P2 in LMGT3 as BMW Tops WEC Bahrain Practice

• RAHEL FREY delivered when it mattered for Iron Dames, putting their Porsche 911 GT3 R second in LMGT3 practice at Bahrain. Her time was just four tenths off the class-leading pace – exactly the kind of performance we need to see more of in a field where every tenth counts.
• While the overall session belonged to BMW’s Sheldon van der Linde in his first practice-topping performance of the season, FREY’s result stands out in a competitive LMGT3 field that saw six different manufacturers represented. The Iron Dames continue proving they belong at this level with consistent strong showings.
• The session wasn’t without drama as mechanical issues struck various teams, but FREY and Iron Dames avoided the pitfalls that caught others. With FP3 coming up before qualifying, this P2 result puts them in solid position to challenge for pole in the 8 Hours of Bahrain.
