GRRL! SUMMARY:
- Iron Dames expand their groundbreaking all-female motorsport program into rallying with driver SARAH RUMEAU and co-driver JULIE AMBLARD, marking another strategic move in their mission to revolutionize women’s representation across motorsport disciplines from WEC to equestrian sports.
- The duo brings serious credentials – RUMEAU switched from national-level handball to rallying in 2021 and immediately won the French Women’s Championship in her debut season, while AMBLARD has been co-driving since 2010 and even worked with Sébastien Ogier’s Toyota team in 2023.
- Starting March 14-16 at Touquet Pas de Calais, they’ll campaign a Ford Fiesta Rally2 in both French Rally Championship and French Gravel Rally Championship with support from established Sarrazin Motorsport, giving them the infrastructure to compete at the highest levels.
