SHEENA MONK Eyes Le Mans Glory via Full IMSA Season with Myers Riley Ford GT3

• SHEENA MONK is plotting her comeback after a frustrating mid-season exit from Triarsi Competizione, now confirmed for the Michelin Endurance Cup races with Myers Riley Motorsports’ Ford Mustang GT3 EVO program. She’s pushing for a full-season deal that would put her in the hunt for the Bronze Cup championship and its coveted automatic invitation to the 2027 Le Mans 24 Hours.
• The Bronze-rated driver isn’t mincing words about her ultimate goal: “If you’re in sports car racing and you don’t have your sights set on Le Mans, what are you even doing?” Her new team shares that vision, with owner Bill Riley having personal family connections to the French classic and looking to get Ford back to the Circuit de la Sarthe.
• MONK will be joined by Felipe Fraga for the full season and Ford Racing Junior Team driver Jenson Altzman for the endurance races, with ex-F1 and IndyCar driver Romain Grosjean completing the Rolex 24 at Daytona lineup. If her full-season presence gets confirmed, she’ll face stiff Bronze Cup competition from Brendan Iribe, Henrik Hedman, and two-time defending champion Orey Fidani.
