GRRL! SUMMARY:

  • Czech road racer VERONIKA HANKOCYOVA scored a dream opportunity when Mark Coverdale offered her one of his proven S1-R Patons for the Manx Grand Prix – the same machine that’s proven its mettle at the North West 200, TT Races, and Ulster Grand Prix. When the call came that they needed a rider, she didn’t hesitate for a moment, even though it means her first time on the bike will be during practice.
  • The former Super Twins class winner at Dymokury is taking a calculated risk, knowing she’ll have to complete 60 miles before she can make any adjustments if the bike doesn’t suit her riding style. But that’s the kind of bold move we love to see – sometimes you have to trust your skills and seize the moment when a top-tier machine becomes available.
  • HANKOCYOVA’s goal is clear: improve on last year’s 104.7 mph average speed while working with a team whose philosophy puts rider safety first, results second. It’s refreshing to see a team that prioritizes getting their riders home with great memories, though we suspect VERONIKA’s competitive spirit will be pushing for both safety and speed on the Mountain Course.

UPCOMING:

  • Manx Grand Prix Practice Sessions
  • Mountain Course Racing
