Since I was little, I have always liked motorcycles. I saw them on television at home and at only two years old I dreamed that I was riding one.
Beatriz Neila is a Spanish motorcycle racer who has dominated the Women’s European Championship with four consecutive titles from 2020 to 2023, establishing herself as a formidable competitor in women’s motorsports.
EARLY YEARS
Born on April 15, 2002, Beatriz’s passion for motorsports was ignited at just eight years old when she tried her younger brother’s minibike, a gift from her father who had experience in amateur riding. Her family provided unwavering support from the beginning, with her father becoming a pivotal figure in her racing career as both manager and advisor. This early exposure and encouragement created the foundation for her eventual success in motorsports.
EARLY SUCCESS
Beatriz’s competitive racing journey began in 2011 with minimoto races in Madrid, followed by participation in the Cuna de Campeones in the MiniGP categories. By 2013, she had earned a podium finish and placed 10th in the standings. Her progression continued in 2014 when she finished 8th in the CEV on an 80cc machine. In 2015, she secured third place in both the Femines Championship Catalan Velocidad and the Femines Championship Mediterraneo Velocidad riding a Honda CBR250. The following year marked her first championship victories, winning both titles on a Honda CBR300, demonstrating her rapid growth as a racer.
