Belén García is a trailblazing Spanish motorsport racer who became the first woman to win a Formula 4 race in Europe and has successfully transitioned from single-seaters to endurance racing.
EARLY YEARS
Growing up in Spain, Belén was immersed in motorsport from a young age through her family’s deep involvement in racing. Her father, who competed in rallies, was a significant influence, while their family business in timing kept motorsports as a constant presence in her life[1]. García also participated in pole vaulting during her youth, which helped develop the discipline and competitive spirit that would later benefit her racing career.
EARLY SUCCESS
In 2019, Belén made her single-seater debut in the F4 Spanish Championship, where she achieved immediate success by winning in her debut weekend—a remarkable achievement that showcased her natural talent[1].
