Brittany Force is a groundbreaking NHRA drag racer who has dominated the Top Fuel category, becoming only the second woman in history to win its championship and setting numerous speed records throughout her career.
EARLY YEARS
Born on July 8, 1986, in Los Angeles, California, Brittany grew up immersed in motorsports as the daughter of legendary drag racer John Force. With two sisters also involved in professional drag racing, she was constantly exposed to the high-octane world of NHRA racing, developing a passion for speed and competition from an early age.
EARLY SUCCESS
After beginning her racing career in Super Comp and graduating from California State University, Fullerton with an English degree, Force competed in Top Alcohol Dragster for three seasons before making history in 2013 as the first Force family member to compete in Top Fuel with John Force Racing. Her breakthrough came in 2016 when she became the first woman to win the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals and set a new Top Fuel record at Heartland Park Topeka with a blistering run of 3.676 seconds over 1,000 feet.
