It’s just insane how much work has to be done in preparation for this race… There’s putting the team together, training all the team members in their jobs, building the bikes – engines, suspension, dyno tuning, literally everything on the bikes we do here at our shop, building other racers’ bikes, running the business, loading up the race rig, driving it all the way from Wisconsin down to Daytona. It’s such a whirlwind we kind of forget we’re in the race until we get down there.

Jessica Capizzi is a motorcycle racer, business owner, and artist who co-owns and manages Get Fast Performance with her husband Jason Farrell—making them one of the few husband-and-wife racing duos to compete together at events like the legendary Daytona 200.
EARLY YEARS
Specific details about Capizzi’s birthdate and early life remain undocumented in available sources. What is clear is that she entered motorcycle racing later than many of her peers, yet quickly proved she had the talent and tenacity to compete at the highest levels of the sport.
OTHER INTERESTS
Beyond the racetrack, Jessica is a talented artist who works in drawings, illustrations, paintings, and prints. Her artwork often reflects her passion for motorcycle racing, drawing inspiration from her favorite racing moments and scenes. She has said that she started creating art again by drawing pictures related to racing, and discovered she genuinely enjoyed it. Her creative work is available through platforms like ArtPal, where she showcases pieces that blend her love of motorsports with visual expression—including a notable piece titled “Secretariat.”
EARLY SUCCESS
Capizzi’s racing career gained momentum through her participation in CCS (Championship Cup Series) competition, where she became known as a formidable competitor in the Expert ranks. At the 36th Annual CCS Race of Champions held at Daytona International Speedway, she dominated the field with a first-place finish and a best lap time of 1:59.846 on her Kawasaki ZX-6R. That victory showcased not only her speed but her consistency and racecraft on one of the most demanding tracks in America. Her early Daytona 200 appearances were equally impressive—despite having raced fewer years than many competitors, she finished in the top 20 in both of her first two attempts at the grueling 200-mile event, proving she could handle the physical and mental demands of endurance racing.

REPUTATION
Jessica has built a reputation as a racer who gets faster every time she hits the track. Her consistent top-20 finishes at the Daytona 200—an event that chews up even seasoned veterans—speak to her skill and determination. As co-owner of Get Fast Performance in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, she’s also respected as a businesswoman who understands the technical side of racing. The shop offers trackside support for tires and performance needs, and Jessica and Jason are known for their hands-on approach with customers and fellow racers. Being one half of the sport’s rare husband-and-wife racing partnerships makes her a unique figure in the paddock, and her willingness to take on the Daytona 200 year after year—one of the toughest races in North America—has earned her credibility among competitors who know just how demanding that track can be.
FUTURE GOALS/PLANS
Capizzi is entered to compete in the 2025 Daytona 200, scheduled for March 6–8, 2025, aboard a Kawasaki EX650 for Get Fast Performance. This marks her continued commitment to tackling one of American road racing’s most iconic events, and signals her intent to keep pushing her limits on the track.
