Natalia's bio:

Natalia Rivera is a rising Spanish motorcycle racer who conquered the 2024 FIM Women’s European Championship at just 17 years old and now competes in the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR) with the Terra & Vita GRT Yamaha WorldWCR Team.

EARLY YEARS

Born on November 21, 2006, in Madrid, Spain, Rivera’s racing career started at the age of six with KSB Sport, where she received all her foundational racing training. Growing up in Spain’s competitive motorsports scene, she gradually moved up through the ranks, developing the technical skills and mental toughness that would define her career. By her teenage years, it was clear she wasn’t just another young rider trying to make it—she had genuine talent and the drive to back it up.

EARLY SUCCESS

Rivera’s breakout moment came in 2022 when she stepped onto the podium in the FIM Yamaha bLU cRU World Cup, marking her arrival as a rider to watch. She repeated that success the following year with an excellent second-place finish at the 2023 Yamaha R3 European SuperFinale, proving her podium performance wasn’t a fluke. In her rookie season in the Women’s European Championship, she made an immediate impact, securing six podiums and finishing second overall—a hell of a debut that set the stage for what was coming next. The following year, as she returned to the series with more experience and confidence, Rivera dominated the competition and claimed the 2024 FIM Women’s European Championship title. At 17, she secured seven podiums in the FIM SSP300 WEC on her way to the crown, solidifying her status as one of Spain’s most promising racing talents.

REPUTATION

At just 18 years old, Rivera has already earned a reputation as one of Spain’s brightest racing talents and a symbol of progress in women’s motorsport. A proud graduate of Yamaha’s BLU CRU program, she’s known for her steady, methodical approach to racing—she keeps learning, keeps making progress, and doesn’t let rookie mistakes rattle her. Her approach has earned respect in the paddock, where she’s seen as a rider who focuses on development rather than flashy heroics. In her rookie WorldWCR season in 2025, racing a Yamaha YZF-R7, she’s shown exactly that mindset: consistent improvement, strong weekends, and career-best results that prove she belongs on the world stage. She’s not just fast—she’s smart about her racing, which is why Yamaha featured her in their “Race Like A Girl” campaign and why the Terra & Vita GRT Yamaha WorldWCR Team renewed her contract for the 2026 season before the 2025 season even ended.

FUTURE GOALS/PLANS

Rivera has been confirmed to continue with the Terra & Vita GRT Yamaha WorldWCR Team for the 2026 season, building on the foundation she’s establishing in her rookie year. Her immediate focus is on continuing her steady progression in WorldWCR, gaining experience at world-class circuits, and consistently improving her race results. With a full season of WorldWCR experience under her belt by the end of 2025, she’ll be positioned to challenge for podiums and stronger championship positions in 2026 and beyond.
