Every time we are a little closer and we hope that by the end of the year we will reach the top positions
Pakita Ruiz is a determined Spanish motorsports racer who has broken barriers in the male-dominated world of motorcycle racing, consistently proving her talent across multiple championship series while inspiring a new generation of female riders.
EARLY YEARS
Born on the island of Mallorca, Pakita’s racing journey began at just three years old when her uncle gifted her a 50cc Mini Cross Factory bike during Kings’ Day celebrations. Though her mother initially hid the bike out of safety concerns, Pakita rediscovered it when she was six or seven after her family moved to the countryside, igniting her passion for riding despite parental hesitation. Her grandfather and brother became key supporters, with her brother serving as her mechanic for the past decade, establishing the family foundation that would propel her racing career forward.
EARLY SUCCESS
After discovering her passion for speed, Pakita began competing in various junior championships including Minicross, Supermotard, Pit Bike, Motocross, and Scooter events. She quickly established herself as a formidable competitor, riding everything from 65cc to 125cc bikes. Her determination paid off in 2011 when she became the 80cc Open Champion of the Balearic Islands, setting the stage for her impressive career trajectory. By 2015, she had secured both the Balearic Islands Supersport 600cc Championship and the Spanish Women’s Champion title in Stock 600cc, the latter of which she would defend for four additional seasons.

REPUTATION
At 27, Pakita has earned recognition as one of Spain’s most promising female motorcycle racers through her consistency and determination. She’s developed a reputation for fearlessly competing in male-dominated events, notably becoming the only woman to win the Yamaha R6 Cup in 2021. Her resilience despite limited resources has made her an inspiration to aspiring young racers, particularly girls interested in motorsports. Representing her home island of Mallorca on the international stage, she embodies the breaking of gender barriers in racing while maintaining a fierce competitive spirit that has earned respect from competitors and fans alike.
FUTURE GOALS/PLANS
As part of the PS Racing Team 46+1, Pakita’s primary goal is to win the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship and bring the title to Mallorca. Beyond competition, she aims to inspire the next generation of female riders, serving as a role model who demonstrates that with determination and passion, barriers in motorsports can be overcome regardless of gender or background.
