Part 1 of the Tri-Five Nationals 2026! This is the first year that our schedule allowed us to attend the event after years of wanting to.

Guys… it was HOT one. Literally. Probably the worst air we ever had the car in and we were allll struggling. But the event and people were absolutely great!

We came to match race Jeff Lutz in his 57 Chevy throughout the weekend! Obviously the 55 is heavier and down on power compared to Jeff’s program, but he hadn’t ever ran a 1/4 mile pass in it. We came do our best and see what we could make happen!

On Thursday night they have an auction to benefit animal in needs (and obviously, we love the animals). Meg had the idea to auction off a ride in the 55! And we had an awesome bidder win it. They let us do a burn out and launch in the car with him which was so cool! He was the first ever to ride in the 55 down the drag strip besides myself.
