The first stage of the 2026 Dakar Rally, starting and finishing in Yanbu, was extremely unlucky for the Buggyra ZM Racing team. In his Dakar debut, Martin Koloc experienced the harsh reality of the legendary rally. After a combination of demanding terrain and technical problems, he reached the finish in 70th place, more than five hours behind the leaders. His daughter Aliyyah Koloc did not reach the finish of the opening stage at all due to technical issues.

Úvodní etapa Rally Dakar 2026 se startem i cílem v Yanbu byla pro tým Buggyra ZM Racing velmi smolná. Martin Koloc ve své dakarské premiéře okusil tvrdou realitu legendární soutěže. Po kombinaci náročného terénu a technických problémů dorazil do cíle na 70. místě se ztrátou přes pět hodin. Jeho dcera Aliyyah Koloc kvůli technickým potížím cíle první etapy nedosáhla vůbec.
