Most people think racing is too loud. Too chaotic. Too much to process.

They’re not wrong. It is all of those things.

But the second you’re on the track, none of that exists anymore. The car, the line, the next apex. That’s it.

Everything else drops away completely.

I’ve been doing this long enough to know that feeling doesn’t get smaller with time. It gets sharper. You stop being amazed by it and start being ready for it. That’s a different thing entirely.
