I just bought what might be one of the coolest 1993 Nissan 240SX (S13) finds I’ve ever come across! This car has only been driven 6,000 miles over the last 24 years, making it feel like a true JDM time capsule.

I drove 5 hours to pick it up, and while it already has a few upgrades, there’s one major problem… it barely runs. Before this car can become my next budget drift project, we have to figure out what’s wrong with the engine and see if I actually scored a great deal—or bought someone else’s headache.

This build is all about creating a simple, affordable drift practice car that anyone can relate to. No crazy six-figure build—just getting this S13 back on the road and sideways.
