In this episode, I’m joined by two-time champion racecar driver, motivational keynote speaker, and corporate strategist, Julia Landauer. Julia made history when she was just 14 years old as the first and youngest female champion of the Skip Barber Racing Series. Her career has spanned many racing series, including becoming the first woman to win a NASCAR Track Championship at the Motor Mile Speedway, competing in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, and setting a record-breaking 5th-place finish in the NASCAR Euro Series—the highest for an American in the series.
Julia also founded FrontRunner, a boutique advisory and coaching firm, and hosts her own podcast, If I’m Honest. If that weren’t enough she’s also a member of NASCAR’s Strategy & Innovation team. We caught up recently to chat about all of this and much more in what I found to be a really fun and engaging conversation.
