From fitness testing to full-on merch mode.

In Ep 12 of Pulling Back the Curtain, I’m in Swansea for off-season testing, revisiting the same spot I trained at the start of the year to see how far I’ve come. VO2 max, body scans, neck strength, critical speed runs… we go through it all.

Then it’s straight into merch mode. I take you behind the scenes at Town Tools, signing and prepping over 120 mini helmets to get them out the door for Christmas.

Two full days. One tired Abbi. But worth every second.
