- SALLY MOTT delivered a masterclass in racecraft during Race 1, climbing an impressive ten positions from P21 to finish P11 and claim the top female award. The Shift Up Now athlete narrowly missed the overall top ten despite showing the pace to challenge the series leaders, though her Race 2 was cut short by contact with Jared Thomas while running inside the top ten.
- CHARLOTTE TRAYNOR secured her breakthrough moment with a stellar Race 2 performance, earning her first top female award after finishing P21. The Parker Delong Racing driver showed remarkable improvement across the weekend in her series return, demonstrating the consistency and racecraft that comes from dedicated practice. “This feels incredible,” she said. “We’ve put in so much work, and I’ve been at the track literally every single weekend, practicing.”
- MAITE CÁCERES started the weekend as the fastest female qualifier in P20 but faced mixed fortunes across both races. The RAFA Racing Club driver gained places to P16 in Race 1, showing she had the speed to battle higher up the order, but was pushed off track by Ethan Tyler in Race 2 while leading the female contingent. ASHLYN SPEED demonstrated impressive resilience on her first VIR visit, recovering from early contact and penalties to finish consistently in the top 25 both races.
