FULL BIO: Emily Bondi
Emily Bondi is a 22-year-old French motorcycle racer who became the French motorcycle champion in all categories during her very first season, establishing herself as a rising star in women’s motorsports.
EARLY YEARS
Born into a family of motorcycle enthusiasts, Emily was immersed in bike culture from childhood, with both parents and grandparents being avid riders. Her earliest racing memories include thrilling rides on the tank of her mother’s motorcycle, racing against her father on his Triumph Bonneville T1200 and BMW GT. Between ages 13-18, Emily lived in China where she began riding scooters, developing her driving skills before returning to France at 18 to obtain her motorcycle license and join Philippe Monneret’s motorcycle school.
EARLY SUCCESS
After signing up for the French Women’s Motorcycle Championships in 2023, Emily’s natural talent quickly became apparent. Her debut racing season was nothing short of spectacular, with an impressive 5 victories and 8 podiums across 4 different circuits. This remarkable performance earned her the title of French Champion in all categories, despite being completely new to competitive racing. Her rapid development was aided by training with experienced mentor Philippe Monneret at the Castelet – Paul Ricard circuit.
NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS
- 2023: Crowned French motorcycle champion in all categories with 5 victories and 8 podiums across 4 different circuits[4].
- 2024: Selected to compete in the inaugural FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR)[2].
- 2024: Joined the YART Zelos Black Knights Team for WorldWCR competition[1].
REPUTATION
At just 22, Emily has established herself as one of France’s top female motorcycle racers, known for her determination in a male-dominated sport. Her ability to balance her racing career with studying digital marketing and communication at IESEG School of Management showcases her discipline and work ethic. Beyond her skill on the track, she’s becoming recognized as an inspiration for young women in motorsport, actively working to create feminine representation in professional racing while managing her growing social media presence and sponsor relationships.
