- LEAH PRUETT advanced to the Top Fuel final round at Firebird Motorsports Park, running 3.930 at 317.57 mph before falling to three-time defending Phoenix winner Shawn Langdon in extreme heat conditions.
- Rookie sensation MADDI GORDON reached the Top Fuel semifinals in only her second NHRA national event, demonstrating impressive consistency before being eliminated by eventual winner Langdon’s dominant 3.80-second performance.
- ALEXIS DEJORIA qualified 16th in Funny Car but failed to advance past the first round at the 41st annual FMP NHRA Arizona Nationals presented by NGK Spark Plugs.
