“I absolutely LOVE what GRRL! represents! As someone who was initially intimidated to enter such a male-dominated sport, I know firsthand how important it is to have women supporting women. My first track day was with HER Track Days, my first racing school was with an all-women’s group, and my first race weekend was with the Ladies of CRA. Every single one of those experiences showed me just how powerful the camaraderie between women in motorsports can be. I truly believe that the more women we bring into racing, the more we challenge stereotypes and open doors for future generations. Not because we need special treatment, but because we’re just as capable of achieving incredible things when given the opportunity. I want young girls to grow up seeing women on the racetrack and know that there’s a place for them here too. And something I’ve learned throughout my own journey is that another woman’s success doesn’t take away from your own. In fact, some of my proudest moments have been watching my friends accomplish things they once thought were impossible. That’s why I love GRRL!’s mission. It’s about creating a community where we celebrate each other’s accomplishments, encourage one another, and help pave the way for the next generation of women in motorsports. The more of us out there, the better! ❤️”

Cheri's bio:
Hi! I’m Cheri, a California-based motorcycle road racer with a passion for motorcycles, adventure, and empowering women in motorsports!
I started riding motorcycles in 2022, and what began as a new hobby quickly turned into something that has become such a huge part of who I am. I’ve spent the past two and a half years riding on the track, challenging myself, and falling more in love with the sport along the way.
In 2026, I finally accomplished a longtime dream of earning my racing license with the California Roadrace Association (CRA) and competed in my first race weekend with the Ladies of CRA at Buttonwillow Raceway. And let me tell you, it was the MOST fun I’ve ever had on a motorcycle!
My journey hasn’t always been easy. I’ve crashed, struggled, and spent plenty of time comparing my progress to others. But I’ve learned that growth looks different for everyone, and I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come.
One of the most meaningful parts of my journey has been the incredible women I’ve met along the way. My first track day was with HER Track Days, my first racing school was with an all-women’s group, and my first race weekend was with the Ladies of CRA. Through these experiences, I’ve found friendships, a sense of belonging, and a community that truly feels like family.
I’m passionate about encouraging more women to get involved in motorsports and challenging the idea that racing is just for men. I believe women are just as capable of succeeding in this sport, and the more of us who participate, the more opportunities we create for future generations.
Outside of motorcycles, I’m a huge horror movie fan who loves antiquing, traveling, reading, and learning new things!
I’m still at the beginning of my racing journey, but I’m excited to keep growing, challenging myself, and hopefully inspiring another woman to take that first step.
Because sometimes all it takes is seeing someone like you out there to realize you can do it too! 🖤🏁
