Born December 28, 1994, in Cagliari on the Italian island of Sardinia, Beatrice grew up in Sinnai with Valentino Rossi as her racing idol—a classic Italian origin story. Like many girls who fall hard for motorcycles, she combined school with her passion as best she could, relying heavily on family support. Getting to the racetrack from an island location wasn’t easy, but Beatrice had the kind of determination that laughs at geography.

When she’s not racing, Beatrice works in a restaurant and an ice cream shop to fund her career—because professional women’s motorcycle racing doesn’t exactly come with a trust fund. She trains whenever she has free time, usually in the mornings, splitting her focus between CrossFit and track prep. It’s the kind of hustle that makes you tired just reading about it, but she makes it work because she has to.

EARLY SUCCESS

Beatrice’s competitive racing career truly began in 2016 when Chicho Lorenzo invited her to Spain to race as a wildcard in the Yamaha R3 Women’s Open Cup. She made the trip from Sardinia entirely on her own, debuting at Motorland Aragón—one of the toughest circuits—and pulled off what can only be described as a gutsy performance. In 2018, Lorenzo gave her another shot, this time inviting her to compete in Mexico in the Italika Cup. That opportunity changed everything, opening doors that had previously seemed welded shut.

NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS

• 2016: Competed as wildcard in Yamaha R3 Women’s Open Cup in Spain at Motorland Aragón[1].
• 2018: Raced in Italika Women’s International Cup in Mexico[2].
• 2020: Co-founded Team GP3 By Pa.Sa.Ma (later Team GP3 AD11) to support women racers from South America competing in Europe, particularly in the Women’s European Cup[3].

Beatrice has earned respect not just for her riding but for her entrepreneurial spirit in co-founding Team GP3 AD11. The team, which has Chilean roots, represents Latin American motorcycling in Europe and has become a legitimate pathway for women racers. She’s known as someone who shows up, does the work, and doesn’t complain about how hard it is—even though it’s brutally hard. Her journey has been marked by setbacks, including a serious elbow injury at the end of 2023 that compounded her challenges, but she keeps coming back.

FUTURE GOALS/PLANS

Beatrice is competing in the full 2025 FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship season with Team GP3 TM36 (formerly AD11). She’s stated her hope to share her passion with other young girls, continuing the mission that drove her to create her team in the first place. While she hasn’t yet scored podiums in WorldWCR, she’s building experience in one of the most competitive women’s racing series in history—and she’s doing it while still working those restaurant and ice cream shop shifts.
