GRRL! SUMMARY:

  • EMMA FELBERMAYR delivered the perfect redemption story in Montreal, snatching her first F1 Academy victory with a brilliant last-lap pass on NINA GADEMAN after being cruelly disqualified from her maiden podium in Race 1 due to an underweight car. The Austrian’s timing was flawless, capitalizing on a late Safety Car to finally break through for Kick Sauber.
  • GADEMAN had controlled the race beautifully from the front, taking the lead from CHLOE CHONG on lap one and maintaining a solid gap until the Safety Car bunched up the field with three laps remaining. The Dutch driver’s disappointment was palpable as victory slipped away in the final moments, but her pace throughout showed she’s ready to challenge for wins.
  • Rodin Motorsport capitalized on the chaos with ELLA LLOYD following her teammate through to secure a brilliant 1-2 finish, while ALBA LARSEN put on a masterclass in racecraft, carving through the field from 11th on the grid to fifth place for Tommy Hilfiger. The day proved once again that in F1 Academy, it’s never over until the checkered flag falls.
