GRRL! SUMMARY:
- HANNAH GREENEMEIER and HANNAH GRISHAM kicked off their 2025 GT4 America campaign with solid points finishes at Sonoma, claiming fourth in Silver class during Race 1. The all-female Heart of Racing duo returned for their second season together in the new Aston Martin Vantage GT4, building on their 2024 partnership that saw them regularly compete for podiums before being bumped up to Silver class mid-season.
- Fresh off GRISHAM’s first GT3 victory at Mugello’s 12 Hours just days earlier, the pair navigated chaotic racing conditions that included multiple crashes and lengthy yellow flag periods. GREENEMEIER started Race 1 from eighth in class after qualifying, while GRISHAM took over during a strategic pit window created by early race incidents, ultimately securing valuable championship points despite the challenging circumstances.
- Race 2 brought wet conditions and more drama, with GRISHAM starting 20th overall on rain tires before handing over to GREENEMEIER during a mid-race pit window. Despite early struggles and various on-track incidents, GREENEMEIER fought her way forward, making key passes and avoiding trouble to finish seventh in Silver class and 12th overall, proving their race craft in tricky conditions.
- Both drivers expressed satisfaction with their points-scoring weekend and clean racing, acknowledging they’re still adapting to the new Vantage while setting realistic expectations for improvement. With lessons learned from Sonoma, they’re eyeing the upcoming COTA round to build momentum in what promises to be a competitive Silver class campaign for Heart of Racing’s returning female duo.
