ALEXIA DANIELSSON Takes Victory in Porsche Sprint Challenge Debut at Just 16

• Swedish 16-year-old ALEXIA DANIELSSON claimed victory in her debut Porsche Sprint Challenge race at Anderstorp, becoming the youngest driver on the grid while juggling school exams the same day. She earned her seat through the Race Apprentice 2025 programme, designed by Mikaela Åhlin-Kottulinsky and Porsche Sweden to develop young women’s motorsport careers.
• Despite transitioning from Formula cars to the 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport and facing challenges like cabin heat and competitors three times her age, DANIELSSON dominated a field including last year’s championship runner-up. Her victory came just hours before returning home to study for mathematics and geography exams.
• The weekend showcased women’s dominance with LÆRKE RØNN SØRENSEN finishing second in race one before winning the second heat, and EMMA WIGROTH nearly securing a third podium spot. DANIELSSON’s win represents more than beginner’s luck – she’s a karting champion who graduated to Formula cars by 13 and dreams of international professional racing without limiting herself to any single category.
