GRRL! SUMMARY:
- For the first time in series history, four women will contest the entire Ligier European Series season – LAURA VILLARS driving Team Virage’s JS P4 #1 after competing in Ferrari Challenge, the AL QUBAISI sisters AMNA and HAMDA sharing the #88 JS P4 following their F1 Academy experience with Red Bull Academy, and CINDY GUDET returning to MRacing’s JS2 R #68.
- The AL QUBAISI sisters bring serious credentials from their 2023-2024 F1 Academy campaigns, representing the UAE in what’s becoming a genuinely international grid spanning Japan, Mexico, and across Europe. Their pairing in the #88 car makes them the only all-female crew in the JS P4 category.
- GUDET returns as the sole woman in JS2 R competition, leveraging her multiple French Mountain Championship titles in MRacing’s endurance program. Meanwhile VILLARS steps up from Ferrari Challenge to tackle the JS P4 prototype category alongside Swiss teammate Dario Cabanelas in the defending champions’ lead car.
UPCOMING:
