EGGER, PONKRATZ & KRAAV Make NLS Debuts as SCHALL Eyes Ladies Trophy Win

• GirlsOnly made history by fielding two cars for the first time at NLS9, giving rookies ELENA EGGER, JULIA PONKRATZ, and CARMEN KRAAV their Nordschleife debuts in a BMW 330i while the experienced GT4 duo worked toward podium contention. The expansion shows the team’s commitment to developing the next generation of female talent on the world’s most demanding circuit.
• JANINA SCHALL and CARRIE SCHREINER delivered a solid fifth-place finish in SP8T despite challenging wet-to-dry qualifying conditions and heavy traffic that cost them crucial positions to the class leaders. While missing the podium stung, Schall’s performance extended her Ladies Trophy championship lead to eight points with the season finale approaching.
• The rookie trio impressed in their maiden Nordschleife outing, with PONKRATZ’s RCN experience showing in traffic management while EGGER and KRAAV tackled completely new territory. Despite a high-speed spin at Schwedenkreuz, Egger recovered to complete her permit laps, and the team finished a respectable ninth in VT2 RWD – proving the talent pipeline is flowing strong.
