Loghan's bio:

Loghan Ashline went from crewing jet dragsters in a college parking lot to crushing 10,000-pound monster trucks in sold-out stadiums—and she’s only getting started.

EARLY YEARS

Born November 2nd, Ashline grew up in Mooresville, North Carolina—NASCAR country—where racing wasn’t just a hobby, it was in the air you breathed[1]. She started young, racing quarter midgets and go-karts for various stretches of her childhood before settling into drag racing on the quarter mile[2]. It was the kind of upbringing where grease under your nails was a given and the sound of engines was the family soundtrack.

In 2017, while pursuing her degree, Ashline met Chris and Elaine Larsen of Larsen Motorsports (LMS). That year, she toured their Palm Bay, Florida facility, attended her first jet dragster race, and got her first real taste of what high-octane, fire-breathing machines could do[3]. She was hooked.

OTHER INTERESTS

While Ashline’s life has been dominated by engines and adrenaline, she brought a sharp business mind to the track. In December 2021, she graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Business Administration[4]. She wasn’t just learning how to drive fast—she was learning how to think strategically, manage teams, and navigate the business side of motorsports. That degree would serve her well as she transitioned from student to crew chief to driver.

EARLY SUCCESS

Ashline didn’t just watch from the sidelines. In 2020, she started learning the crewing process for a jet dragster at LMS[5]. By 2021, she was the newest crew chief for development driver Elaine Larsen, managing a machine that could hit over 300 mph in seconds[6]. For the 2022 race season, she was named primary crew chief for the Florida Tech racing team, working with Elaine as the primary driver[7]. She was building her reputation from the ground up—literally wrenching, strategizing, and proving she could handle the pressure.

In late 2021, at just 22 years old, Ashline was named a development driver for Larsen Motorsports, becoming the 11th driver in the program’s history[8]. She took a full-time position at LMS after graduation, cementing her place in the jet racing world[9]. But she wasn’t done climbing.

In 2023, Ashline made the leap to Monster Jam, one of the most demanding and spectacular motorsports franchises in the world. She trained at Monster Jam University—a rigorous program designed to turn drivers into arena gladiators—and began driving Scooby-Doo!, a fan-favorite truck[10]. She was a rookie in a sport where one wrong move could mean a destroyed truck, an injured driver, or a very disappointed crowd. She didn’t flinch.

NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS

  • 2021: Named development driver for Larsen Motorsports jet dragster team at age 22[11].
  • 2023: Began driving Scooby-Doo! for Monster Jam as a rookie driver[12].
  • 2024: Claimed her first career Monster Jam freestyle win in Savannah, Georgia[13].
  • 2024: Won her first overall event championship in Bridgeport[14].
  • 2024: Drove Monster Mutt Dalmatian in Columbia and throughout the summer, finishing 4th in freestyle competition in Duluth, Georgia with a score of 8.220[15].
  • 2024: Filled in driving Megalodon in Denver[16].

INSPIRATIONS

Ashline has been candid about what drives her—and who. “The racing industry has been male-dominated for as long as I can remember, but seeing Elaine [Larsen] and her girl power team really inspired me,” she said[17]. Watching a woman not just compete but lead in motorsports gave Ashline a blueprint. She didn’t have to fit the mold; she could break it. And she’s determined to be that same spark for the next generation of young girls who show up to Monster Jam events with wide eyes and big dreams.

REPUTATION

Ashline has earned respect fast. She’s known for being methodical, fearless, and refreshingly down-to-earth. She doesn’t showboat; she delivers. In interviews, she’s articulate and thoughtful, discussing everything from her racing background to the responsibility she feels as a role model[18]. She’s the kind of driver who inspires young girls in the stands—not just because she’s behind the wheel, but because she genuinely cares about being visible and accessible.

Her rookie season was a statement. Winning her first freestyle, then her first overall event championship, she proved she wasn’t just filling a seat—she belonged there. Fans and fellow drivers alike have taken notice.

FUTURE GOALS/PLANS

In October 2025, Ashline began driving Sparkle Smash, taking the wheel for events in Mexico City and San Juan[19]. It’s a new chapter, a new truck, and another chance to prove what she can do. Looking ahead to 2026, she’s slated to continue competing in the Monster Jam Points Championship Series, where consistency and grit determine who rises to the top[20]. She’s not slowing down—she’s shifting gears.
