FULL BIO: Sarah Ganser
Sarah Ganser is a German racing driver who has carved out a niche in European touring cars and endurance racing, competing primarily in German and Belgian championships since starting her career at just 15 years old.
EARLY YEARS
Born around 1990, Sarah jumped into motorsports at 15 when she began racing in the Cup and Tourenwagen Trophy (CTT) in 2011, driving a Peugeot in this German-Belgian touring car series. Starting that young in competitive racing showed she wasn’t messing around—most drivers don’t get behind the wheel of a race car until their late teens or twenties.
OTHER INTERESTS
Information about Sarah’s interests outside of motorsports has not been publicly documented.
EARLY SUCCESS
Sarah’s talent became clear quickly. By her second year in CTT in 2012, she was winning her class in 6 of 14 races—an impressive achievement for someone who had literally just gotten her racing feet wet. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident; it takes skill, focus, and probably a healthy dose of fearlessness that comes easier when you’re a teenager who thinks you’re invincible.
NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS
- 2012: Won class in 6 of 14 CTT races driving a Peugeot.
- 2013: Achieved best finish of 15th overall at Spa and finished 3rd in class in all four Belgian Racing Car Championship races she contested, driving a Porsche 996 GT3.
- 2015: Secured at least one class win in the DMV BMW Challenge.
- 2025: Made her debut in the legendary Nürburgring 24-hour race with Walkenhorst Motorsport, driving a Hyundai i30N in the VT2 FWD class.
- 2025: Finished 5th in SP3T class racing a CUPRA Leon.
INSPIRATIONS

REPUTATION
Ganser is regarded as a competent and experienced driver, particularly noted for her expertise on the challenging Nürburgring Nordschleife where she has driven both VT2 and TCR cars. She’s built a reputation as someone who can handle the demanding German and Belgian racing circuits, and her consistency in class podium finishes speaks to her technical skill. The motorsports community recognizes her as part of the growing presence of female drivers in European endurance racing, though she’s clearly more interested in proving herself on track than making statements off it.
FUTURE GOALS/PLANS
As of 2025, Sarah continues racing with Walkenhorst Motorsport in endurance events. While no specific long-term plans have been publicly announced, her participation in the Nürburgring 24-hour race suggests she’s focusing on building her endurance racing credentials on one of the world’s most demanding circuits.
